Our History

EWC Property Management is a professional management firm established in 1994, which specializes in the management of condominiums and homeowner associations. Our goal is to maintain, enhance and preserve the assets of the association. The firm provides its Board’s with a management report that allow its members the ability to review the monthly administration, financial and site activities.

We are currently responsible for providing management services for more than 2500 units in 51 communities. The firm manages condominiums and homeowner associations, whether they are high-rise, mid-rise, townhouse, or freestanding styles.

EWC Property Management achieves a high level of efficiency through the owning and operating of the latest in computer software in the property management business. Our computer system allows us to multitask and multi-use the computer system. The computer operates in house giving us unlimited access and immediate information. Our system and staff procure timely and accurate financial records and reports, data base information, and work order tracking and reporting. Our managerial and clerical staff enjoys the use of desk top computers, digital paperless software and printers.

We have implemented a “paperless” concept of filing. All the correspondence from homeowners, contractors, vendors are electronically scanned into a computer filing system. Files can be easily stored, located and reviewed whenever necessary.
